Precision Inspection Equipment

Randolph Manufacturing utilizes an automated vision coordinate measuring machine that can measure, analyze, and provide measurement data for almost all part features with an accuracy of .0002″.

All manufacturing processes and specs are closely monitored to ensure product integrity by state- of-the-art S.P.C. procedures and equipment. Product history can be supplied or requested on any of your part numbers.

We’ve continued our certifications and transitioned to ISO when QS became obsolete. We provide full traceability from raw bars of steel, brass and aluminum, to order fulfillment.
